Every church is "driven" by something. For some churches it's tradition, for others it's individual personalities or politics. We want to follow a biblical pattern and have a purpose behind everything we do. We want to be "driven" by the word of God.
We are striving to be a balanced church that enjoys dynamic types of Worship as well as going into the community to Serve and Evangelize. We want to have fun times of Fellowship, as well as intimate times of Discipleship, learning to become more like Jesus. As we stay focused on our purpose, we will see the presence and power of God working in us and through us!
We believe that it is the responsibility of the church and all of it's members to share the Gospel with the lost in order to lead them to a relationship with Christ. If everyone is doing their job, the church will have a constant inflow of new believers, and the kingdom of God will be growing.
Here at NEW LIFE our vision is crystal clear and we state it this way:

Jesus gave us a command to "... go into all the world and make disciples ..." We believe that by making disciples we will be building strong people that will make a difference in this world.
We highly value the Bible as God's written Word and His will. It should be taught, read, honored, obeyed with reverence and presented publicly in a manner that is practical and culturally relevant. (2 Tim. 3:16)
THE HOLY SPIRIT
We value the Holy Spirit's presence, ministry, and leadership. We desire to have a constant sensitivity to Him in all we do. We depend on the Holy Spirit for comfort, direction, spiritual gifts, and His fruit. (John 16:7-10)
PEOPLE
God loves people, in fact He sent His Son to suffer and die for people. It is our desire to create a community of believers that reflect in themselves the kind of love God has shown us. We will provide a variety of ministries that will assist and develop people in their spiritual growth. We will build a strong church by building strong people. (Matt. 22:37-40)
CHILDREN
Jesus referred to children as being "the greatest in the Kingdom". We will invest both time and resources into reaching, teaching, and nurturing the children in our community. (Matt. 18:1-6)
EXCELLENCE
We desire to folow the example of Jesus who demonstrated excellence in all He did. We will strive for excellence in all areas of ministry for the sole purpose of exalting the Lord and bringing glory to His name. (Mark 7:37)

DIRECTIONS
NEW LIFE COMMUNITY CHURCH is in Gardner Kansas just 1/2 mile south of Main Street on Moonlight Road.
If you are coming from the Olathe area:
Take I-35 South to the 1st Gardner exit (just 4 miles from the Great Mall of the Great Plains). At the end of the exit ramp turn right onto 56 Hwy (Main Street). Stay on 56 Hwy. (Main Street) to the 2nd traffic light which is Moonlight Road. Turn left on Moonlight and go 1/2 mile. NEW LIFE is located on the left side of the street directly across from Moonlight Elementary School.
If you are comming west from the Edgerton area:
Take 56 Hwy (Main Street) thru the downtown area. At Moonlight Road turn right and go 1/2 mile. NEW LIFE is located on the left side of the street directly across from the new Moonlight Elementary School.
